VENUES
We seek venues with exceptional acoustics and the availability of fine instruments that allow our guest artists and musicians playing together to bring out the best in the music we share with our audience.
TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH
200 W German Street
Shepherdstown, WV
MAP
Consecrated in 1859, Trinity Episcopal Church has been at the center of religious and civic affairs in Shepherdstown for over 150 years. Its stone spire is a landmark at Church and German Streets. Trinity’s commitment to music was demonstrated in 1972 when it purchased and restored an 1859 George Stevens Organ, a two-manual-and-pedal organ of thirteen ranks. Numerous choral and instrumental programs are enjoyed by the congregation each year. The acoustics inside the Church sanctuary are compelling and are perfect for a chamber orchestra.

SPC PARKING MAP
The Shepherdstown Presbyterian Church was established “on the banks of the Potomac River” primarily by Scotch-Irish in 1743. The first known church building (on the current site of the Shepherdstown Post Office) burned in 1834. The current church building, completed in 1836, is similar and of the same meeting house architecture as the Old Presbyterian Meeting House in Alexandria, VA. Music is an essential aspect of the worship life at SPC. The acoustics of the church and a state-of-the-art sound and recording system are features which distinguish the rich musical experience that is offered.

ZION EPISCOPAL CHURCH
301 E Congress Street
Charles Town, WV 25414
MAP
Originating from St. Georges chapel, the ruins of which are west of Charles Town, Zion Episcopal Church, known as the “English Church,” was established in its current location in 1815. The present structure was constructed on the same spot and opened for services on December 6, 1851. It sits on the highest point in Charles Town. Music is an integral part of the Episcopal Liturgy, and Zion has a rich historical tradition of fine music. The church is home to a fully refurbished Moller pipe organ and a concert-size Yamaha piano, with an extensive library of choral anthems and collections.
